Ever since I was a kid I remember being asked multiple times the typical question “What do you want to be/do when you grow up?” I remember my answers changing all of the time from a dolphin trainer to a veterinarian to a scientist to a dog trainer. However, as a got older I still got asked this question, but found this question far more difficult to answer. It was not until last year that I really thought about this question and narrowed down my choices to two decisions: either take a gap year or go straight into college to study Studio Art with a Photography focus. Neither one of these choices were bad; however, after much thought and praying through, I decided that taking a gap year would be the best option for me because I wanted the opportunity to travel and serve others with people my age, which going straight into college wouldn’t necessarily offer me. So going off of that, the main reasons why I am going on the World Race is because I want to take the opportunity I have to serve others by showing them God’s love, learn about different cultures around the world, travel, push myself out of my comfort zone, and to experience God’s beautiful creation in different countries.

You will experience the Lord for sure and seeing Him at work in different cultures will be fulfilling. We are excited to see you soon in Georgia.
